BlushGrid was created from my own experience working at the intersection of creativity and structure. Before launching this studio, I worked as a nail artist, where I wore every hat in my business: serving clients, managing bookings, creating content, and trying to stay consistent online while still being fully present in my work.

Like many small business owners, I quickly realized how challenging it is to balance creativity with the operational side of running a business. Marketing, organization, and growth often get pushed aside simply because there is not enough time or support to manage it all effectively.

At the same time, I spent years in administrative and business support roles, where systems, structure, and efficiency became second nature. I naturally became the person who organizes, simplifies, and builds processes that make things run more smoothly.

BlushGrid was born from bringing those two worlds together: creative experience and operational thinking. Today, it exists to help business owners build a strong, intentional online presence while also creating the systems and workflows that allow their business to run with more clarity, ease, and sustainability behind the scenes.
